The Service is a free, browser-based image processing tool that removes embedded metadata from images and injects simulated camera metadata in its place. The Service is provided for educational, research, and legitimate personal-use purposes only.

3. Educational & Responsible Use

The Service is intended to help users understand how image provenance systems work and to address legitimate cases such as false-positive AI labels applied to genuine photographs. By using the Service, you agree that you will NOT use it to:

• Deceive viewers, platforms, or authorities about the AI-generated nature of content where disclosure is legally or ethically required.
• Evade platform content policies or provenance systems for fraudulent purposes.
• Create or distribute misleading media, impersonations, deepfakes of real people, or synthetic content intended to manipulate public opinion, elections, or markets.
• Facilitate defamation, harassment, extortion, or any unlawful activity.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for how you use any processed image and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of any platform to which you upload the image.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will produce any specific result. We do not guarantee that processed images will evade any particular detection system, as detection technology continuously evolves.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes any consequences resulting from the use of processed images, including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, or legal action by third parties or platforms.

6. User Content & Privacy

7. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Service may display advertising from third-party networks. These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party advertising networks or the content of advertisements.
